Capacity building
To drive impactful and sustainable digital learning, I developed a comprehensive capacity-building strategy for an international organization. This four-step approach optimized training resources, piloted innovative champion initiatives, enhanced teams' skills in designing and delivering digital training, and provided ongoing tailored support.
01
Optimize learning resources
To address scattered resources and high external hosting costs, I implemented Moodle as the organization’s LMS. I defined a streamlined process for designing and delivering training and supported teams in their projects. This strategy reduced costs, diversified learning modalities, and improved the quality of digital learning initiatives.
02
Develop "champion" initiatives
To showcase the potential of blended learning, I piloted a champion initiative with a team ready to innovate. Their project was a perfect fit for a fully online blended training focused on skill development rather than just knowledge transfer.
I supported the team throughout the process, coaching them on technology use, guiding online facilitation, and resolving technical issues.
The initiative was a success, delivering clear value for both learners and trainers and demonstrating how blended learning could enhance training across the organization.
03
Increase organizational capacity to design and deliver digital learning
I worked to enhance trainers’ skills by building their capacity to design learner-centered training and integrate technology effectively into their initiatives.
To address this, I developed two guides: a repository of authorized tools with examples and tutorials, and a digital learning methodology handbook adapted from the organization’s existing resources.
I complemented these with monthly "Learning Pills"—60-minute sessions on topics like using Moodle, blended learning, participatory webinars, and interactive techniques.
These efforts empowered trainers with the skills and confidence to design engaging, goal-driven digital learning experiences.

Accompany and advise teams in their digital learning projects
I provided tailored support through bilateral meetings for every learning initiative request. By gathering information on needs, goals, and available resources, I guided teams to make informed decisions aligned with the organization’s methodological principles.
This user-centered approach required creativity to address resource and skill gaps, ensuring teams could successfully implement their initiatives while staying true to best practices.
